SHIPPING METHODS

ingegni-store.com delivers worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. All orders are processed within 1 business day. However, during the sales period there may be slight delays due to the amount of orders received. Ingenious-store.com will not be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by adverse weather conditions, customs problems or any other circumstance beyond the control of ingenious. All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice with the exact declared value in euros of each item. Sale or promotion items show the already discounted price. In all orders, the value of the goods will be visible on a document included in the package for tax reasons. As orders cannot be canceled once shipped and it is no longer possible to change the delivery address, please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout. Once you have received an order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date on which you or a person delegated by you (excluding couriers) received the goods.

Orders:
Ingegni has created and published the ingegni-store.com website with the mission of offering a service exclusively for its customers. The products on sale on the ingegni-store.com site are intended for the end customer. By "Final Customer" ingegni-store.com means one or more people who do not carry out an entrepreneurial or professional activity on their own which may include, by way of example but not limited to, the resale of goods purchased on ingegni-store.com. Therefore, ingegni-store.com invites Users who are not considered "End Customers" to refrain from attempting to establish business relationships with ingegni-store.com and from using third-party accounts to submit purchase orders relating to the goods on sale . In relation to the commercial policy described above, ingegni-store.com reserves the right not to process orders from subjects who are not the final customer and any other order that does not comply with the aforementioned commercial policies. ingegni-store.com reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order and/or to offer services to anyone at any time. ingegni-store.com reserves the right to refuse an order if the order does not receive express verification or approval from the customer's bank. ingegni-store.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that there may be delays in immediate dispatch during promotions and sales. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is NOT an approval of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless the order is cancelled, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and ingegni-store.com will take place when you receive an e-mail from us informing you that the goods have been shipped. Neither our payment processor nor our designated courier are authorized to accept orders on behalf of ingegni-store.com. We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, a particular item has shipping restrictions, the item you ordered is out of stock or you do not meet our quality control standards and is therefore withdrawn from the market, or the eligibility criteria outlined in the disclosure are not met.

We may also refuse to process and then accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the removal of any goods from ingenuity-store.com, whether or not the goods have been sold, nor for the removal, checking or editing of any materials or ingenuity-store.com content, for refusal to process a transaction, or for termination or suspension of any transaction after processing has commenced.

While we do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, errors in the pricing of products may occasionally occur. If we find an error in the price of a product within your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will have no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel such order even if it has been confirmed or is in transit. If you order a product whose price is incorrect we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the incorrectly priced portion of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible. In the event that the products are collected while in transit, we will initiate the refund procedure once the products have been returned to us.

Available items:
Orders for available items, subject to confirmation of their availability and verification of the bank transaction, will be processed on the working day following entry of the order. The amount of transactions made by credit card will be debited only when the order is processed.
Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales there may be delays in processing your order.

Pre-Order Items:
A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be available soon. Pre-order items are shipped once they arrive in the warehouse, within the times indicated on the item purchase page. In the event that the pre-ordered goods are not delivered, ingegni-store.com will promptly inform and refund the customers. ingegni-store.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond the control of ingenious, which cause the pre-ordered products to arrive in the warehouse later than the times indicated on the product purchase page. For pre-order purchases, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.
As regards orders for available and pre-orderable items, shipping will take place in 2 different ways:
The available goods will be shipped with standard shipping methods. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.
We cannot accept deliveries to PO boxes or lockers for certain products. In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, please contact us, in order to promptly agree on an alternative solution with the courier.


SHIPPING COST
Please note that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import taxes related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
ingegni-store.com offers DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping to selected countries. This means taxes, customs duties and import fees for the European Union, New Europe, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Canada, Mainland China, Singapore, Australia, Bahrain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and USA are included. Shipments to DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Ingegni.
Depending on the selected shipping service, orders placed on ingegni-store.com can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs vary according to the service chosen, the shipping address and the place from which the items are sent. Express and standard shipments are available in the countries and in the manner indicated below. All shipping options available for your order and destination will be visible at checkout.

SHIPPING TRACKING
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an email providing the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order. To track the status of their order, customers can visit the courier's website and enter the AWB number in the "Shipment Tracking" area

DELIVERY TIME
ingegni-store.com fulfills orders in Genoa (Italy) from Monday to Friday. ingegni-store.com fulfills orders within 48 hours of placing the order, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays will be processed on the following working day. ingegni-store.com ships worldwide via DHL Express. ingegni-store.com cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances beyond the control of ingegni-store.com.
Once the shipment has been made, the arrival times of the packages may vary from country to country.
Delivery for shipments addressed to:
Italy: approximately 1-2 working days (excluding islands, which may take 2-3 working days).
European Union: approximately 2-3 working days.
Rest of the world: approximately 4-5 working days.
REIMBURSEMENT
In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned item(s), the credit note will be issued after the return of the package to our warehouse and only after the quality control of the item(s).
The refund procedure takes 20 days from the arrival of the items in stock. Any currency exchanges during the return period will not be refunded.
Orders paid for by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next account statement. This may vary between banks and credit providers, and could take up to 30 business days.
RETURNS
Customers can return an order, in whole or in part, for any reason. ingegni-store.com refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition, carefully packed and with tags still attached.
ingegni-store.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been packed correctly or with materials other than the original ones.
If you purchased the products from one of our authorized resellers, please get in touch with them and check their return policies. It is not possible to return items to our online shop.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returned items must be sent in their original packaging together with all enclosed materials (dustbags, cases, etc.) and must include a copy of the invoice.
Items must be undamaged, unwashed, worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or soiled.

The Ingegni packaging must not be used as an external package for shipping but an additional packaging must be used.

If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

All products are checked in the warehouse to check for any defects. If, despite this, you receive an item in a state other than the original one, please contact ecommerce@ingegni-store.com.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear, an accident or misuse will not be considered defective. If your item is faulty on delivery, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

We have done everything possible to represent the colors of our products on ingenuity-store.com in a realistic way. However, as computer, tablet and mobile device monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colors will be true to life.

Exchange of purchased items is not permitted. The items received after the purchase can therefore only be returned and give rise to a refund of the price paid for the purchase under the conditions established in the Terms and Conditions.
